Harvard Library Joins Diversity Alliance

Participating libraries commit to strengthening the profession through diverse voices.

Harvard Library has joined the Diversity Alliance of the Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL), a program which brings together academic libraries to fund residency programs for individuals from underrepresented backgrounds.

As part of this program, Harvard Library will create connections, open networks, and share resources in a two-to-three-year residency program, along with mentoring opportunities and rotation through different library units for participating individuals. Residents in the program will also have access to a cohort that will share ideas and best practices.
