Any event for staff, patrons, or the public can be listed on the Library Portal calendar via the submission tool below. Besides being a great way to inform the community about upcoming activities, it helps other event organizers avoid scheduling conflicting events. You can also share the calendar permalink in your outreach efforts. You can submit your events to the calendar as soon as the date, time, place and title are confirmed even if you don't yet have descriptive language; more details can always be added later by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. The Communications Office uses the information in the calendar to plan Portal and newsletter highlights.
