Keats collector and scholar Amy Lowell published her biography John Keats in 1925. After reading a review of Lowell’s book, Fanny Brawne Lindon’s grandson Louis Brawne-Lindon wrote to Lowell to thank her for portraying his grandmother in a more positive light than Victorian critics had.
