The Tibetan Collection at Harvard-Yenching Library centers on Buddhism but also includes holdings in history and literature.
Strengths of the collection include printings of the 17th- and 18th-century editions of the Kanjur and the Tanjur.
The Harvard Library also subscribes to the Tibetan Buddhist Resource Center, a digital library that contains about 17,000 volumes of Tibetan texts.
