A critical element of this vision is centered on expanding opportunities for the public to learn about the history of Harvard and the Library, and to experience its collections.
In Lamont, we envision brighter reading rooms that offer a variety of study spaces and work stations for the different ways students may wish to meet and conduct research or coursework.
In Pusey, scholars would interact with data drawn from physical and digital collections at scale in an enriched learning environment.
In Houghton, the ground floor would host a flexible public programming space.
