Catherine Blatz

Catherine’s areas of focus on the Comms Team include management of the Harvard Library website and the Staff Portal, stewardship of The CC, oversight of library listservs, and editing/proofreading duties. Along with the rest of the team, she collaborates on editorial strategy and in finding ways to tell Harvard Library’s story.

In her years working in communications in the Library she has performed a wide variety of functions, from graphic design and page layout to project and vendor management. Catherine has a BA in English and American literature from Brandeis University and a certificate in graphic design from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts. In her spare time she enjoys writing, photography, trivia, taking geography quizzes, the eternal struggle to catch up on The New Yorker, Peak (and not-so-peak) TV, and traveling whenever possible.
