James supports research and data services at the Harvard Kennedy School. They are also a master's degree candidate at the Harvard Extension School, studying Data Science. James is especially interested in bias in data and models, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. James has an EdM from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and an MS in LIS from Simmons.
