Nicole Santiago has been the Research, Teaching, and Writing Services Librarian at Harvard's Graduate School of Design since July of 2021. She and Alison Pasinella co-run the Writing Services program at the GSD, training and managing peer writing tutors and developing writing workshops, online tutorials, and other writing and studying resources. The team provides support to faculty and TAs/TFs on course assignments and strategies for mitigating plagiarism and improving student writing. Additionally, Nicole oversees virtual reference services and helps plan, support, and deliver library instruction at the Frances Loeb Library. She is also the collection development selector for architecture.
