Alita Bombaci
Alita Bombaci joins Harvard Library as an Administrative Manager, bringing more than 15 years of experience in operations management and administrative coordination. In her current role, she manages day-to-day operations, financial administration, and a range of administrative projects for several library units, including Content Strategies, the Harvard Map Collection, OSRDS, and LTS. Prior to joining the Harvard Library Administrative Operations team, Alita spent 6 years in the Harvard FAS Office of Physical Resources and Planning, supporting the Library Building Operations unit and the Libraries, Museums, and Affiliate Facilities portfolio. Before coming to Harvard, she served for 10 years in operations leadership, overseeing financial, operational, and human resources functions for a national entertainment retail organization.
Alita holds a B.A. in Psychology, cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and is actively pursuing a graduate certificate in Project Management from Harvard Extension School.
