Joshua Parker
Joshua is the Manager of Administrative Operations Services at Harvard Library, supporting a range of critical operational functions. In this role he oversees a wide variety of activities, including equipment and technology management, employee onboarding and offboarding processes, and special projects with Library-wide impact. Joshua also leads a team responsible for providing administrative support to senior-level Library leadership.
Prior to joining the Administrative Operations team, Joshua served in several public service, administrative, and project management roles at Harvard Library, Countway Library, and the Harvard Divinity School Library. He also has worked as a consultant providing project management and user experience (UX) analysis. Joshua holds a BA in Anthropology from the University of Minnesota, an MA in the Social Sciences from the University of Chicago, and an MSLIS from Simmons College.
