As an Access Services staff member, I prioritize the needs of our patrons by assisting them in locating books, requesting materials, or troubleshooting technical issues with online resources or scanners. My responsibilities include processing course reserves, collections management, supervising student assistants, collecting patron requests, referrals to reference librarians, and patron account management.
