Debora D. Mayer is the Conservator for Analytical Services and Technical Imaging at the Weissman Preservation Center, Harvard University. Debora recently stepped aside from the Helen Glaser Senior Paper Conservator position to develop the workflow for specialized examination, analysis, and imaging of Harvard Library collections. She is a Fellow of the American Institute for Conservation and has served in the Book and Paper Group, the Photographic Materials Group, and the Education and Training Committee. Debora holds an MS in Conservation from Winterthur /University of Delaware Program in Art Conservation. Debora is an expert in the analysis of materials used in paper making and teaches courses in fiber microscopy. https://orcid.org/0000-0001-8241-0625
