Honor manages the Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences (AHSS) Metadata Creation unit within Information and Technical Services. AHSS primarily supports resource description for library materials (mostly print monographs) in more than 40 languages for 19 libraries, including the Edith Kuhn Loeb Music Library, Fine Arts Library, Florence Loeb Library (Graduate School of Design), Lamont Library, and Widener Library.
Honor is active in the development of resource description standards and implementation policy at the national and international levels in service of increased access and discovery for cultural heritage resources.
Honor has an MLIS from Simmons University, and a B.A. from St. John's College (Santa Fe, NM).
