UX and Discovery

Jenny is a user experience researcher and designer focused on the Reimagining Discovery project. As a member of the technical project team, she’s helping shape the future of how people experience and explore Harvard’s vast collections.

Jenny’s connection to Harvard Library began as a graduate school intern on the UX & Discovery team. Since then, she has built her career in public librarianship and academic technology, bringing a blend of service, research, and design back to higher education.

Beyond her work in libraries, Jenny is a multimedia artist and nonfiction writer. Her practice in collage and storytelling informs her professional approach—bringing creativity, clarity, and empathy to the design of user experiences.
