I am responsible for facilitating access to Harvard‘s physical materials, overseeing Harvard Direct, Scan & Deliver, Borrow Direct, and ILL, as well as the strategy for collections management including stacks management, shelving, and retrieval of collections for Harvard Library, including the Harvard Depository, which is the University's local offsite, high-density storage facility.
