Anna Dunavin is an executive assistant in the Office of the Librarian, providing administrative support to Martha Whitehead, Vice President for the Harvard Library and University Librarian and Roy E. Larsen Librarian for the Faculty of Arts and Sciences; Franziska Frey, Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor for University Library Strategy, Planning and Assessment; and Vaughn Waters, Chief of Administrative Operations. Her work within the Administrative Operations team includes coordinating Harvard Library all-staff meetings and "Mondays with Martha" events, serving as liaison to the Office of the President and Provost, and offering expertise in executive functions to team members. In her nearly twenty-five years at the University, Anna has worked in a variety of roles with administrators, faculty, and staff and brings with her a keen understanding of the university’s complex working environment.

Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in European Studies from Brigham Young University and a Master of Liberal Arts in Extension Studies in the field of English from Harvard University.
